Supports collaborative projects to strengthen Europe’s advanced packaging ecosystem for chiplets and heterogeneous integration, targeting industrial implementation, supply chain resilience, and workforce development. Open to consortia of research institutions, industry, and pilot lines in eligible European countries.

Who Can Apply

Consortia comprising research institutions, industry (including SMEs), pilot lines, competence centres, and existing networks (e.g., Pack4EU). Single applicants are not eligible.

What Is Funded

• Development of resilient and diversified supply chains for advanced packaging in key sectors (automotive, aerospace, healthcare, security, telecommunications).
• Sustainable manufacturing practices, including resource efficiency and adoption of eco-design principles.

• Workforce development, including training programs and upskilling opportunities.
