Welcome to Grantia. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our grant discovery and application platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Grantia provides a grant discovery and matching platform that helps startups and scale-ups identify relevant European funding opportunities. Our services include:

  • Automated analysis of your company profile based on publicly available information
  • AI-powered matching with suitable grant programmes
  • Access to our database of European funding opportunities
  • Connection with grant writing experts for application support

The results and recommendations provided through our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of grant eligibility or approval. Grant decisions are made solely by the respective funding agencies.

2. User Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, and organisations seeking grant funding. By using our platform, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your organisation
  • Use the platform only for its intended purpose of grant discovery and application
  • Refrain from automated data extraction, scraping, or any activity that may disrupt the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Grantia and third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform—including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and design elements—are the exclusive property of Grantia and are protected by Swedish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grantia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of grant information
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable grant or that any application will be successful. Grant approval decisions are made exclusively by the relevant funding agencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grantia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Grantia, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grantia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
