Who Can Apply

Consortia of legal entities (e.g., research institutions, SMEs, public bodies, NGOs) established in eligible EU Member States or Associated Countries. Involvement of social sciences and humanities (SSH) experts and building stakeholders (inhabitants, owners, users) is required.

What Is Funded

  • Development of at least one LCA-based decision-support tool for predictive maintenance and repair of existing buildings.
  • Creation of at least one package of maintenance and repair measures integrating circularity, environmental sustainability, and financial feasibility.
  • Demonstration of solutions on three buildings (including at least one heritage building and one social/affordable housing project) across three different eligible countries.
  • Identification of barriers to predictive maintenance adoption and proposals for overcoming them.
  • Participatory and transdisciplinary approaches, including stakeholder engagement in design and implementation.

Technology / Maturity Requirements
