Overview

Targets VET providers, public and private stakeholders, and business associations in eligible EU and partner countries.

Who Can Apply

Eligible applicants include VET institutions, public authorities, non-governmental organizations, and private sector entities from EU Member States, third countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme, and non-associated third countries. Consortia must involve at least four organizations from a minimum of three countries, including at least one EU Member State or associated country and at least two non-associated third countries.

Funding Details

Funding is provided as a lump sum grant. The total budget for the call is EUR 24,000,000. Individual project grants typically range between EUR 100,000 and EUR 400,000, with a maximum funding rate of 80% of eligible costs. Co-funding is required for the remaining 20%.

Projects must focus on capacity building in VET, including:
  • Strengthening management, governance, and quality assurance in VET institutions.
  • Enhancing cooperation between VET providers and private sector stakeholders to improve employment opportunities.
  • Aligning VET provision with local, regional, or national development strategies.
  • Promoting innovation and inclusion in VET systems.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects should target Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6, focusing on applied research, development, and piloting of VET interventions.

Application Process (High-Level)

Single-stage application process via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. Applicants must submit a technical description (Part B) limited to 40 pages, along with a detailed budget table. Standard application forms and templates are provided in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.

Post-Award Obligations

Grantees must comply with reporting requirements outlined in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide, including financial and technical progress reports. Dissemination of project results and cooperation with EU policy objectives, such as Global Gateway and Talent Partnerships, is expected.

Geographic Scope & Language

Eligible countries include EU Member States, associated third countries (Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom, Switzerland), and non-associated third countries in Latin America. Applications must be submitted in English.
