Who Can Apply

Consortia of legal entities (e.g., businesses, research institutions, public bodies) from eligible countries. Single applicants are not permitted unless specified otherwise in the call conditions.

Funding Details

Maximum grant amount: 5,500,000 EUR. Funding is provided as a lump sum. Budget allocation must include at least 0.8% for engagement with the Horizon Europe-funded "New European Bauhaus hub for results and impact."

What Is Funded

Development and validation of hybrid building solutions that:
  • Combine conventional and innovative construction materials, products, or techniques.
  • Optimize construction or renovation processes (time, cost, resources).
  • Comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., structural and fire safety).
  • Incorporate circularity principles.
  • Enhance sustainability, durability, resilience, and architectural quality (including beauty).
Projects must follow a participatory and transdisciplinary approach, integrating social sciences and humanities (SSH) expertise.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Technology Readiness Level (TRL): 4 to 6.
