Who Can Apply

Consortia of legal entities (e.g., research institutions, cultural heritage institutions, creative industries, NGOs, public bodies) from eligible countries. The Joint Research Centre (JRC) may participate as a beneficiary with zero funding or as an associated partner.

What Is Funded

Projects must address one or more of the following:
  • Development of validated, scalable practices linking cultural experiences to health and well-being.
  • Cross-sectoral approaches involving cultural heritage institutions (CHIs) or cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI).
  • Focus areas may include:
- Arts and culture-based interventions in crisis situations. - Mobilization of specific creative industries (e.g., video games) for health and well-being. - Implementation research to overcome barriers to adopting validated cultural interventions.
  • Small-scale pilot trials or alternative validation methods.
  • Gender dimension considerations (e.g., gender differences in cultural participation).

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects must operate at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6.

Post-Award Obligations
