Consortia of at least three organizations from three different EU Member States or Associated Countries, including:- One civil society organization (CSO)
- One national authority in charge of disaster risk management
- One organization representing local or regional authorities

What Is Funded
- Development of tools and methodologies for risk awareness, integrating diverse community perspectives and advanced technologies (e.g., digital platforms, immersive technologies, AI-driven decision support)
- Inclusive preparedness plans addressing marginalized or vulnerable groups, ensuring equitable access to risk information
- Adaptive response frameworks for cross-sectoral collaboration between public authorities, civil society, and private sectors
- Command-and-control systems for centralized information management and data-driven decision-making in emergencies
- Stakeholder or market analysis and uptake roadmaps for developed solutions
