Who Can Apply

Consortia of legal entities (e.g., research institutions, SMEs, industry, public bodies) from eligible countries. Entities directly or indirectly controlled by China are excluded. Projects must use Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS for satellite-based data if applicable.
