Who Can Apply

Higher education institutions, youth organizations, non-formal education providers, and other entities legally established in eligible EU Member States, associated countries, or third countries in the South Mediterranean region. Consortia involving partners from both EU/associated countries and eligible third countries are required.

What Is Funded

Virtual exchange activities that:

• Foster intercultural dialogue and tolerance through online interactions.
• Develop digital and soft skills (e.g., critical thinking, teamwork, foreign languages).
• Address thematic priorities: inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, environment/climate action, or civic engagement.
• Target young people, students, and youth workers, with a focus on socially or economically vulnerable groups.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects must operate at Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6, indicating validated prototypes or demonstrated applications in relevant environments.

Application Process (High-Level)
