Who Can Apply

Higher education institutions, youth organizations, and other entities from eligible EU Member States, associated countries, and Sub-Saharan African nations. Consortia must include partners from both EU/associated countries and third countries not associated with the programme.

What Is Funded

Virtual exchanges facilitating online people-to-people activities, including moderated discussions, training, and collaborative projects. Key thematic areas include:

• Environment and climate action
• Participation in democratic life and civic engagement

Projects must demonstrate impact in one or more of these areas while addressing gender sensitivity and the inclusion of vulnerable groups.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects should target Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6, focusing on scalable and replicable digital solutions for virtual exchanges.

Application Process (High-Level)

Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal. Applicants must complete the standard application form (ERASMUS BB or LSII) and a detailed budget table. The technical description (Part B) is limited to 40 pages.

Geographic Scope & Language

Eligible countries include EU Member States, associated countries (Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom, Switzerland), and Sub-Saharan African nations. Applications must be submitted in English.
