Who Can Apply

Higher education institutions, youth organizations, and consortia involving at least one EU Member State or associated country and one eligible third country (Western Balkans). Applicants must demonstrate financial and operational capacity.

What Is Funded

Virtual exchange activities that:

• Foster intercultural dialogue and tolerance through online interactions.

Application Process (High-Level)

Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal. Applicants must complete:

• Standard application form (ERASMUS BB or LSII).
• Technical description (Part B, max 40 pages).
• Detailed budget table (ERASMUS LSII).

Post-Award Obligations

Reporting and dissemination requirements are outlined in the Model Grant Agreement (MGA). Projects must comply with Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2026 guidelines, including monitoring and evaluation.
