Consortia of legal entities established in eligible countries, including public authorities, research institutions, industry, and civil society organizations. Participation from non-EU/non-associated countries is permitted if funding provisions are in place.Funding Details
- Maximum grant amount: 7,000,000 EUR
- Funding is provided as a lump sum.
What Is Funded
- Extension of the EU-wide CCAM Knowledge Base with tools for public authorities, citizens, and industry to support safe deployment and long-term sustainability.
- Coordination and high-level events (e.g., EUCAD conference) to enhance stakeholder cooperation and alignment with potential IPCEI initiatives.
- Development of practical safety assessment procedures and frameworks for secure exchange of open road-testing permit applications across Member States.
- Establishment of an EU-wide federated scenario database linked to European in-depth accident databases.
- Continuation of the CCAM Technology Observatory, including database and content management.
Technology / Maturity Requirements
- Projects must target Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 7 to 9.

Notes
- Projects using satellite-based earth observation, positioning, navigation, or timing data must utilize Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS.
