Who Can Apply

Consortia of up to six independent legal entities from eligible countries, including SMEs, universities, research organizations, and industry partners. Non-EU/non-associated countries may participate if funding provisions are in place.

Funding Details

Maximum grant amount: €2,500,000 per project. Funding follows the Fast Track to Research and Innovation (FTRI) procedure, enabling accelerated access to funds.

What Is Funded

Breakthrough innovations in industrial technologies, including:
  • Advanced manufacturing (Made in Europe)
  • Circular and low-carbon processes (Process4Planet, Clean Steel)
  • Innovative materials (IAM4EU)
  • Sustainable textiles (Textiles for the Future)
Projects must align with the Strategic Research and Innovation Agendas (SRIAs) of the specified partnerships.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Target Technology Readiness Level (TRL): 4–6. Proposals must demonstrate a credible pathway from project outcomes to broader impact.

Application Process (High-Level)

Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal. Proposals must adhere to page limits and layout specified in the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.

Post-Award Obligations

  • Standard Horizon Europe reporting requirements apply.
  • The granting authority may object to exclusive licensing or ownership transfers of results for up to 4 years post-project.
