Eligible applicants include legal entities (public or private) from EU Member States, associated countries, and specified third countries. Consortia are encouraged, particularly those involving partners from the EU Neighbourhood, Western Balkans, and low- and lower-middle-income countries.Funding Details
- Maximum grant amount: 5,000,000 EUR
- Funding is provided as a lump sum.
What Is Funded
Projects must address one or more of the following:- Development of mechanisms for investigating and prosecuting international crimes.
- Empowerment of vulnerable groups (e.g., ethnic/religious minorities, people with disabilities, migrants, women, LGBTIQ individuals) through capacity-building, awareness-raising, and advocacy.
- Integration of human rights considerations into trade policies, supply chains, and labour standards.
- Research on the impact of EU foreign policy, sanctions, and trade agreements on human rights, including participatory approaches.
- Cooperation frameworks with third countries to ensure humanitarian assistance, security, and respect for international law.
Technology / Maturity Requirements
Projects must demonstrate a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 4 and 6.Key Dates
