Consortia of farmers, researchers, advisors, and businesses applying the multi-actor approach. Eligible applicants include entities from EU Member States, Horizon Europe Associated Countries, and select non-associated countries with specific funding provisions. International organisations headquartered in eligible countries may also apply.Funding Details
Maximum grant amount: 8,000,000 EUR. Funding is provided as a lump sum.What Is Funded
- Development and improvement of MRV methodologies and tools (e.g., AI, IoT) for air pollutants at farm level.
- Research on emission factors and mitigation potential of farming practices, contributing to the EMEP/EEA air pollutant emission inventory guidebook.
- Innovations in manure management, livestock feeding, grazing, and fertiliser/pesticide use to reduce air pollutants.
- Training and outreach to build capacity among farmers, advisors, and stakeholders for adopting improved MRV tools and reduction measures.
- Cooperation with other Horizon Europe projects to address combined effects of air pollutants and non-CO₂ greenhouse gases.

- Alignment with EU policies such as the Zero Pollution Action Plan, Industrial and Livestock Rearing Emissions Directive, and Common Agricultural Policy is required.
