Consortia of at least three legal entities from three different EU member states or Horizon Europe-associated countries, including:- Industrial clusters or business networks
- SMEs, mid-caps, or large enterprises
- Research and technology organizations
- Public authorities or non-profit entities
Funding Details
- Total budget: €20 million
- Maximum grant per project: €2 million
- Funding rate: Up to 90% of eligible costs for non-profit entities; up to 70% for for-profit entities
- Co-funding: Required for for-profit applicants (minimum 30%)
What Is Funded
- Development and implementation of joint cluster initiatives focusing on:
- Activities may include pilot projects, demonstration actions, and capacity-building programs
Technology / Maturity Requirements
- Projects must demonstrate a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5 or higher for proposed solutions
- Preference for initiatives with clear scalability and replication potential
