Who Can Apply

Consortia comprising at least 2 Police Authorities and 2 Civil Society Organisations (or NGOs) from at least 3 different EU Member States or Associated Countries.

Funding Details

  • Maximum grant amount: 7,833,000 EUR
  • Funding rate: Not specified
  • Up to 20% of EU funding may be allocated as financial support to third parties (e.g., additional Police Authorities or CSOs/NGOs), with a maximum of 60,000 EUR per third party.
  • Eligible costs are reimbursed as a lump sum.

  • If using satellite-based data/services, beneficiaries must use Copernicus and/or Galileo/EGNOS.

Application Process (High-Level)

  • Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal.
  • Proposals must include a mid-term deliverable assessing project outcomes, performed by involved practitioners.

Post-Award Obligations

  • Engagement with Europol Innovation Lab (for Europol-relevant projects), EU Drugs Agency (for drug-related projects), or CEPOL (for training aspects) during the project lifetime.
  • Potential transfer of ownership or exclusive licensing of results may be restricted for up to 4 years post-project.
  • Financial support to third parties must be provided in the form of grants.
