Consortia of at least three legal entities from different eligible countries, including at least one from government-controlled territories of Ukraine. Eligible applicants include research infrastructures, universities, public bodies, and other entities engaged in research and innovation.Funding Details

- Funding type: Lump sum grants
- Financial support to third parties: Up to €60,000 per third party (e.g., for remote fellowships)

- Design of an early-phase implementation plan for reconstructing and upgrading Ukrainian research infrastructures.
- Collaboration frameworks between Ukrainian and European research infrastructures, including remote fellowships, shared facility use, and researcher exchanges.
- Remote access for Ukrainian researchers to European research infrastructures.
- Alignment of investment opportunities with EU funding mechanisms.
- Potential collaboration with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) for transnational access to its facilities.
