Overview

Who Can Apply

Public or private organisations active in education, training, or youth, including schools, universities, research institutions, NGOs, and public authorities. Consortia must include at least three eligible entities from three different EU Member States or associated countries.

Funding Details

  • Total budget: €10 million (indicative)
  • Grant amount: €500,000–€1.5 million per project
  • Funding rate: Up to 80% of eligible costs
  • Co-funding: Minimum 20% required from applicants

What Is Funded

  • Development, implementation, and testing of policy interventions to improve basic skills (literacy, numeracy, digital, and socio-emotional skills) in school settings.
  • Activities aligned with the Pathways to School Success framework, including early intervention, individualised support, and capacity-building for educators.
  • Transnational cooperation, mutual learning, and evidence-based policy development.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects must demonstrate a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) between 4 (technology validated in lab) and 6 (technology demonstrated in relevant environment).
