Who Can Apply

Consortia of organisations, including public bodies, NGOs, research institutions, and social service providers. Projects must involve stakeholders from at least five neighbourhoods across different EU Member States or Associated Countries.

Funding Details

Maximum grant amount: €6,300,000. Funding is provided as a lump sum. At least 0.8% of the budget must be allocated to engage with the Horizon Europe-funded "New European Bauhaus hub for results and impact."

What Is Funded

Projects must:
  • Develop a system-based approach to coordinate social infrastructure and services (healthcare, education, employment, community integration) at the neighbourhood level.
  • Analyse local contexts, assess impacts of infrastructure design on homelessness, and address coordination challenges (e.g., data fragmentation, funding scalability).
  • Validate the approach in at least five neighbourhoods, ensuring participatory and transdisciplinary methods.
  • Include assessments of engagement with homeless groups, community reintegration, and socioeconomic impacts.
  • Provide recommendations for replicating the approach in other neighbourhoods.

Technology / Maturity Requirements

Projects must target Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 4 to 6.
