Who Can Apply

Eligible applicants include consortia of legal entities (e.g., public bodies, research organizations, industry associations, or private companies) from EU Member States, Associated Countries, and specified non-EU countries. The consortium must demonstrate financial and organizational capacity to host the event, including the involvement of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).

What Is Funded

  • Organization of the TRA VISIONS awards, including:

  • Media coverage, dissemination activities, and outreach tracking for both the conference and awards.
  • Support for broad and balanced participation (e.g., students, young researchers, women, underrepresented groups, and diverse country representation).
