Projects must focus on:- Drivers and impacts of gender-based violence (GBV) and LGBTIQ-phobic violence against politically active women and LGBTIQ people.
- Intersectional analysis of violence, considering factors such as race, disability, age, religion, or ethnicity.
- Media’s role in shaping narratives, including ethical reporting and countering sensationalism.
- Policy recommendations for EU and national stakeholders, including gaps in existing legislation (e.g., Digital Services Act).
- Prevention strategies, including engagement of men and boys, and arts/humanities approaches to challenge norms.
- Multi-country research using quantitative and qualitative data, with stakeholder and affected community involvement.
Technology / Maturity Requirements

Application Process (High-Level)
Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal. Proposals must include a 50-page Part B (Research and Innovation Actions) and a detailed budget table. Evaluation follows Horizon Europe criteria (excellence, impact, implementation).Post-Award Obligations
