Consortia of public authorities, local authorities, health organisations, and other public procurers with aligned needs. Private developers, industry, or research organisations are not directly funded but may respond to tenders launched by funded consortia.Funding Details
- Maximum grant amount: €11,000,000
- Funding type: Grant
- Co-funding: Pre-commercial procurement (PCP) costs are eligible. Procurers must commit to purchasing at least one solution if the PCP succeeds, either during or after the project.
- Financial support to third parties: Up to €60,000 per third party for deployment and impact activities.

Innovative solutions, tools, and models addressing:- Geospatial technologies and decision-support frameworks for tracking and managing climate-related health risks.
- Real-time risk surveillance and early-warning systems for timely decision-making.
- Technologies supporting climate-resilient healthcare facilities and services (excluding general infrastructure like ventilation or construction).
- Health risk management, prevention, and resilience strategies for communities and occupational settings.
- Tools reducing exposure to climate-related environmental factors (e.g., air pollution) that exacerbate health risks.
- Integration of European research infrastructure data in environment, climate, and health domains.

Application Process (High-Level)
- Single-stage application via the Funding & Tenders Portal.
- Proposals must include an open market consultation report and a plan for follow-up procurement if solutions are not purchased during the PCP.
Post-Award Obligations
- Organise an open market consultation before launching procurement and submit a report on outcomes.
- Promote the call for tenders widely across eligible countries.
- Ensure subcontracted work is performed in the EU or Associated Countries unless approved otherwise.
- Potential transfer of ownership or exclusive licensing of results may be subject to approval for up to 4 years post-project.
