Who Can Apply

Eligible applicants include legal entities established in EU Member States and Associated Countries. Consortia must involve a broad representation of stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, patients, biomedical scientists, AI developers, data engineers, and ethics experts. Participation is restricted to entities not directly or indirectly controlled by non-eligible countries unless specific guarantees are provided to protect the EU’s strategic interests.

What Is Funded
