- Projects must demonstrate clear added value to learners, teachers, and trainers, address regional or local labour market needs, and ensure integration into national or regional qualification frameworks.
- Involvement of national or regional authorities or competent bodies in charge of VET qualifications is mandatory.
- Projects are expected to provide recommendations for further development of transnational joint VET programmes and inform discussions in the Advisory Committee on Vocational Education and Training (ACVT) and Directors-General for VET (DGVT).
