Overview

Transnational cooperation projects aimed at improving transparency and recognition of vocational education and training (VET) qualifications through joint programmes at EQF levels 3-5, with a focus on policy experimentation, integration into national or regional qualification frameworks.

Who Can Apply

Consortia involving at least two VET providers from different EU Member States or third countries associated to the Erasmus+ programme, offering vocational programmes at EQF levels 3-5. National or regional authorities or competent bodies in charge of VET qualifications must be involved from the start.

What Is Funded

Development and implementation of transnational joint VET programmes (full or partial) at EQF levels 3-5, including:

• Work-based learning components
• Mobility components for VET learners, teachers, and trainers
• Integration into national or regional qualification frameworks
• Use of EU instruments (EQAVET, EQF, Europass, ESCO)
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis to demonstrate added value and labour market relevance

Notes

• Projects must demonstrate clear added value to learners, teachers, and trainers, address regional or local labour market needs, and ensure integration into national or regional qualification frameworks.
• Involvement of national or regional authorities or competent bodies in charge of VET qualifications is mandatory.
• Projects are expected to provide recommendations for further development of transnational joint VET programmes and inform discussions in the Advisory Committee on Vocational Education and Training (ACVT) and Directors-General for VET (DGVT).
